We had a fantastic experience in tent E-8 at Concordia, but I notice that many of the things that people have complained about in other reviews are things that I loved. So it proves the old adage that one person’s heaven is another person’s hell … and just points to common sense: know yourself, know where you are going and... More

First the good: great views and a cool concept, the heir to the storied now-defunct Maho Bay legacy, with some additional amenities - most notably private toilet, shower & cooking area. The café is in great shape, and there are lots of kid-friendly activities and live music a few days a week. (Long) walking distance to a great beach &... More

In a good location, with beaches almost walking distance away. There were lots of Mosquitos at night, and our first night we found a salamander in our house. If you like camping, this is the thing to do. But if you are looking for a hotel this is NOT for you, I can barely call it indoors.

We went with family: 3 generations from 62 yrs to 2 yrs, for a week in March. We had been 12 years ago, and had always wanted to return. We were not disappointed; the resort is improved but still the same in certain important ways too. The tents are all you need, with comfortable beds, kitchen including a frig and... More

We stayed for 4 nights in mid February in a premium eco-tent and enjoyed every minute. This is a different experience, it is not intended to be a resort. Our "tent", # 15 was spotless and was around the curve so it always had a nice breeze. All windows had screens, the shower was warmed by the sun and just... More

We stayed for 3 days in January. No bugs (except for the tiny scorpion waiting for us on one of the beds when we opened the door and a huge tarantula in our suitcase, which was mistakenly left open). We (2 yr old, 3 yr old, mom and dad) stayed in the cheapest eco-tent. It didn't seem terribly hot, except... More

Concordia is a little difficult to reach without a car. There is a bus from the ferry dock that does not run on a reliable schedule and taxis are reluctant to drive the distance to Concordia without several passengers. If you are brave enough to drive on the left on winding roads, this would be a much better choice of... More

I spent 31 days in an Ecotent and loved every minute of it. The view from our tent was absolutely stunning. The entire staff at Concordia were so accommodating and helpful. This was by far the most beautiful place I have ever been and the snorkeling in Salt Pond Bay was better than I have ever experienced. My grandchildren learned... More

If you love nature and gorgeous views this is the place for you. We stayed in a eco studio which was very bare bones but comfortable. There is no ac but we had the screen doors open, a overhead fan, and a portable fan going and we were plenty cool at night. During the day when the sun is shining... More

We rented a premium eco-tent. It was extremely hot during the afternoon. Our tent didn't catch any breeze and had lots of mosquitos (there are no screens). The fans are 8" plastic fans that do nothing. The shower is a joke. It is literally a garden hose that lies on the floor, that you are constantly trying to keep from... More
