wow... that describes it all. Palm Terrace Villa is one of the best kept secrets on the wole island. we stayed in unit 2 which was on the second floor. the whole unit was clean and everything was brand new. the proximity to Cruz bay was good considering how much a pain it is to try and park down there. we walked to dinner every night except one. (we decided to just drive to Morgan's Mango because Mongoose Junction has plenty of parking and it was a little far.) the pool is small but was clean and maintained and perfectly fine for a dip after a beach day. the PTV is one of the best value for a room i have ever had, and the best room i have ever had. i would go back to st. john in a heartbeat but i would not look to stay anywhere besides the Palm Terrace villas. more
