The location is fabulous, walkable from either ferry. Oceanfront, very clean and quaint. The pool is small, but you don't need one with the fabulous beaches of St. John. We started off in the Pointsettia suite, which was clean, comfortable, and afforded a great view of Turner Bay. The hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable about where to go and what to do. My husband and I recently stayed at Coconut Coast Villas for our 15th anniversary getaway. Choosing a villa based on internet information is difficult, and I had done quite a bit of research. Coconut Coast was just what we were looking for, a lovely private porch with and ocean view within walking distance into Cruz Bay. The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. Our studio room had a kitchenette and laundry facilities are on site. There is even a really nice hot tub. We had plenty of dry towels when we needed them... more

Our exteneded family, of 8 people (all over 17) stayed here for 10 days, in April 07. It was absolutly fabulous, and Id reccommend it to anyone. I stayed at Coconut Coast for a wedding in December. Overall this is a great place to stay for the price...I would recommend it to anyone. It is right on the water, with beautiful views from all units. It has a very small pool, but we did not really use it (except to sit by it at night with cocktails)... more
