We stayed at the Ocean Pearl Villa (rented via Caribbean Villas) in late June and I thought this information would be helpful to people looking to rent a villa. It was the perfect size for two adults and two kids and we enjoyed having a small pool to play in after returning from a day at the beach. However, the lack of air conditioning in the main rooms (there was air conditioning only in the bedrooms) and lack of screens on the three sets of french doors was a major problem. The "room cooling ocean breezes" were nonexistent on most days, and I think that's the case all year given the villa's location. And we were eaten alive by mosquitos since there were no screens on the french doors. The main living area had ceiling fans and the owners provided two additional fans - all of which were going nonstop.
