Spent two nights here and have to day it is set in quite stunning scenery. The Brecon Beacons National Park was a very short drive away (or if you've the time a lovely walk away). The hotel itself looks lovely with very friendly capable staff. The however over rides everything it was absolutely out of this world.

We spent 2 nights at this fantastic lodge in the Brecon Beacons. On our arrival we were given a room that did not have a bath. This was quickly change with no fuss and a little price difference to a suite which was just what was required. The reception team were very good and knowledgable. The evening meal was superb... As a return visitor - am never disappointed by the Nant Ddu. Great location, food and swimming pool! Only slight criticism is that they need to update the wine list. However, the food is always really good - especially the steak!

This venue is sold as a high end hotel / spa with a history of good reviews. We found the 3 star rating to be somewhat of a push given the poor hygiene (particularly of the spa areas where the pool had not been cleaned in some time with a lot of hairs, plasters and dead flies floating on the... Found this hotel quite by chance. We will definitely return. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Spa facilities are very good. Food was excellent. Only point we would say is you have to pay extra for cooked breakfast but the buffet has lots of variety.

Hi stayed here for a night the staff were chatty and friendly, spa was well maintained, rooms were clean and comfortable, but bathrooms were a bit dated but fit for purpose. Food was really good with a lot of choice, would stay again.

We've been coming to Nant Dhu to eat on and off over the years because of family connections in the area. The food has always been faultless and the service excellent. This visit was no exception. Try the Welsh lamb, absolutely delicious. We have only stayed in the hotel once, but it was a memorable stay, really luxurious.

I used to stay here a lot with work, but have been away for years as I changed jobs. A trip mountain biking brought me back and it's not changed. New staff were all lovely but it was great to be looked after by Vanessa and Andrea who are still there. The menu could do with a freshen up, but... More

My wife and I attended a spa day on Sunday the 27th of April. I have to say we left disappointed and unhappy with our day. The spa was lovely, we were greeted and shown through swiftly and promptly, the facilities spotless and of a high standard. At 2.35pm we walked through to the lounge and sat so we could... More

This hotel is located in the glorious Brecon Beacons and we had lunch in their lovely garden . Food (red snapper) was beautifully cooked. For the price they could have given us veg though and more than just the few chips.
