We rented an efficiency by owner (VRBO) and after reading the reviews here, it pretty much met expectations. 5 Star -location (super close to Red Hook, which means ferry to St John ('my personal location of choice), activities and great restaurants -view - we're in Bldg E and the unobstructed view across to St John/Tortola is simply stunning -beach/snorkeling (as... We spent 10 days at this resort in August 2014. You want the Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina listing as there are others using at least part of the name. The unit we stayed in was in building C 205. It was a studio with a living room and kitchen space toward the deck and beach and the bedroom and... More

This was our first experience at Sapphire Beach and it was really great. The condo is clean and fully equipped. In the evening, with the front windows open, you can hear the gentle waves of the bay. Wow! The beach is awesome, as it has shade trees and a wonderful breeze as you sit and look at the turquoise waters.... More

Beautiful beach, gets more crowded than I would like, but who wouldn't be here given the choice? Our condo is rented from a private owner. Not completely updated, but looks out at that turquoise water so just about perfect for my taste!

Just returned from a two week stay at "Hammock In Heaven" for the seventh time, we never get tired of it! It is just a wonderful experience from the views, the breeze, and the sound of the waves lapping up on the beach. As usual everything is clean and orderly. Kathleen, the one who is responsible for the care of... More

This is our second stay at Sapphire Beach Resort. This year we rented two condo units, one for our family and the second unit for my parents in the building beside us. Each condo unit was well equipped, clean and very welcoming. We enjoyed our view from the third floor and enjoyed spending time at the second unit right on... More

Sapphire beach epitomizes its very name in the raw beauty that it beholds, but unfortunately it is a sapphire in the rough. My family rented our car at the airport and drove a chaotic 45 minutes on the left side of the road across the Island of St. Thomas to the Sapphire Beach Resort.. Driving down the hill into the... We have just returned from our glorious 8 days at the Sapphire Beach condo. Please note that the main office rents out probably most of the condos at this resort, but some units are privately owned. We rented our unit from a private owner: http://www.paradiseatthebeach.com. Paradise at the Beach is the best way to go, in my opinion. I actually... More

This is my second time coming to St. Thomas and was looking forward to having a great time and I was celebrating my 50th birthday! This experience has been horrible! When I first came to the hotel there is no sign stating where you go to check in! We finally found the office! My checkin information was sitting on the... More

We just returned from our second stay at Sapphire Beach Condominiums in St. Thomas. The interior of the unit was recently remodeled and very inviting. The best part is walking out the door and being on the beach. You can rent snorkel equipment, sailboards, etc. from the dive shop next door. You can walk up the hill to the entrance... More
