Great views from our balcony! Staff are friendly and helpful. If you want to go to the outdoor market in Charlotte Amalia skip the cabs @10 dollars a person and catch the local bus for one dollar each way!

we went for a wedding party picked the place, I would not have. First visit to St Thomas. Used Delta to book flight and room, no problems. First all inclusive I ever stayed at. No problem on arrival. Almost all employees were great. Arthur at the restaurant, and the night bartender Mr. L at the rendezvous bar. Room was facing... More

Stayed at Dream Sugar Bay 13-20th June. We asked for a high renovated room with a view. The room we got was not completely renovated (floors and ceiling done but not the furniture) but everything functioned as it should, so it didn't really make any difference. The view of Sugar Bay across to St. John is truly spectacular! The Staff... More

The resort and staff met out expectations. Enjoyed food and drinks, too. It can cost upwards of $80 round trip for four visitors to visit downtown and return to the resort. It is a short trip, but at $11 to $15 per person oneway it adds up quickly. The resort does not offer an airport shuttle or off campus rides... More

Unfortunately this stay started out terrible because of US Airways. Our flight was supposed to leave the day prior and it was delayed, delayed, delayed, until they eventually canceled and had to find hotel rooms for 300 people at 10pm. We were one of the few couples who received a room at Dreams Sugar Bay and it was so good... More

when we arrived they didn't have our reservation information (glad I had with me). The impression of the staff was RUDE, unhappy, non-accommodating. Waited over an hour and a half for room service one night. Waited a long time for shuttle service to and from pool due to sharing with employees to their cars. Towels at pool were out and... More

Please save your money!! The only reason it even gets a 1 star is because you have to put something in. The island is amazing and well worth a visit but stay far away from this dump of a resort! My husband and I travel all over and stay in all inclusive when we can. This place had no working... More

We were there June 7-11. Location was excellent and the views from the rooms (we had 2 - the air conditioning didn't work in the first one) were spectacular. Food was spotty. Of the 4 restaurants available for dinner, there were 3 each night; menus were posted daily, but they couldn't seem to match the menu with the open restaurant.... More

Just got back from a weeks vacation at Sugar Bay..had a great time..everything was first rate-with an exceptional staff-I felt like I "clicked" with everyone there who went out of their way to make it a fun experience for me. Especially helpful was John Kelly-who directed me to various trips-excursions,local beaches, clubs etc...He went out of his way to make sure... More
