I stay at sugar bay hotel from june 30 to july 9 and was please with the hotel. Kind of pricey but probably the best hotel on the island with the expecation of the ritz carlton. We went to the US Virgin Islands for our 20th Anniversary. We contacted the management and told them of our milestone and they upgraded our room to a full ocean view at no charge. The hotel provided everything that we could have ever wanted for our trip. The views from the hotel were breathtaking. The pools, spa, gym, and restaurants were fantastic! Everything was there for you, bar by the pool, rafts, cabanas, towels at the pool, shuttle service, etc. Interestingly, the hospitality was what would definetly make us come back. To their credit, the resort tried to accomodate us with another room but the filth was everywhere - so bad that I took pictures, sent them to Wyndham corporate and w/in weeks received a FULL REFUND.
