The Inn at Villa Olga is a great hotel run by a lovely woman who personally greets you upon arrival. We sttayed in the rooms overlooking the water and awoke to incredible views (there's a fancy/expensive restaurant further down the hillside that's famous for its view -- we got to enjoy it from our bed!). If you're looking for somewhere... more

First, I have to say I was not hugely impressed with Charlotte Amalie, or St. Thomas. However, we were there for one night and took the ferry to Tortola, BVI for a sailing charter. Then, came back and stayed 2 nights at the same place before flying home. So it was just a pit stop. I would not make Charlotte... more

We needed a one-night only hotel near the downtown courts of St Thomas because we were getting married on St John that weekend (and hence needed to pick up a marriage license in ST). There was no one at the inn's mgmt counter when we got there at 3:30pm, just a sign on the door to bang loudly on the... more

We arrived mid afternoon and met 6 guests waiting outside of the hotel, they told me the owner was not around and when I asked how long they were waiting they told me 3 hours, I totally thought they were joking but when they did not begin to laugh with me I found them to be deadly serious, we decided... more

Villa Olga is a great place to stay for a weekend, a week, or a month. the best restaurants, a great little deli/grocery, and a pool with a view make this the perfect retreat at the end of the day. It is very well located near to downtown shopping and harbor, and an easy drive to the beach. even while... more

Jill is the BEST. We got screwed from HOTELS.COM. and Jill and Villa Olga came through for us. One little call and she had a place for us for two nights there. Walking distance to nice bars and places to eat. We felt save the whole time. And the VIEW was to die for. I'm reserving three rooms in June... more

I just got back from STT last night and I really enjoyed my stay at the Villa Olga. Jill and the rest of the management staff were very accommodating. This is a small, quiet inn located in Frenchtown with great views to Charlotte Amalie. When we arrived from the airport, Jill greeted us and then recommended several eateries and bars... more

We just returned from STT. We stayed at the Villa Olga on the first and last night due to its proximity to the airport. The location is good getting to the airport and eating in Frenchtown. However, that's where it ends. It needs a major renovation. The first room was dirty. It looked like the mosaic tiles in the bathroom... more

We recently had an excellent experience at the Villa Olga. I was part of a group of 22 adults and Boy Scouts who were in St. Thomas. We needed a place to stay in Charlotte Amalie and the folks at Villa Olga were UNBELIEVABLY accommodating. They frequently were asking us if we were having a good time, offering our use... more
