Stayed a week here the second year in a row, and contrary to other reports found no noticeable difference except the desk did seem to have shorter hours. The hotel seemed pretty empty, so perhaps there has been a cutback in staff because of this. There is a security guard on duty at night. At any rate, our room was... more

Oh my god! I can not find words to describe our disappointment. We have been going to Pavilions and Pools for the past ten years. We became friends with some of the owners who I understand have sold out because of obvious reasons. We had the pleasure over the years with the different managers over time - Mac and Roma... more

Crappy room service, you'll be lucky to get your room cleaned even after you ask. Outdated room and surroundings, had to change rooms because of filthy toilet seat and broken kitchen cabinets. Garbage customer service, the front desk is oblivious and hardly ever open. Far walk to the beach, have to walk through another facility to get to it and... more

This was our first visit to St. Thomas and the Pavillions and Pools. My wife and I stayed in unit 125 for 4 nights. The unit was clean and well furnished. The living room and bedroom felt open and inviting with nice tile flooring. The bathroom was OK but could use some updating. The main reason we decided to stay... more

This was my second visit, but the first with my new bride. I stayed back in the 80s and was thrilled to see it still had all the old charm with lots of modern updates. We stayed in unit 125 and found it clean and well furnished. The pool was sparkling and the gas grill was like new. The old... more

Thank you for making our recent stay in unit #109 (1/20/09 – 1/27/09) at Pavilions and Pools both memorable and enjoyable. My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at your establishment in 1977, and were very happy to return. Both the units and the grounds are maintained with attention to detail. The entire staff was helpful, friendly and... more

We just stayed at the Pavilions for 9 days. Ok, they didn't clean the room as indicated, roaches and mice in room. Sheets did not fit the bed and we could never get the problem resolved. The pool it self was ok it just needs some repairs. more

This was our first stay in St. Thomas other than visiting by cruise ship before. We stayed at the Pavilions and Pools for 4 nights. This property is a bit old, we booked the international room for the larger pool area rather than the caribbean room. Our room was very clean, I think all of these are independently owned, so... more

See photos. This is supposed to be the most expensive and best room in the hotel. Do not stay here, it is old and run down. more

Over the past three months We have stayed at Pavilions and Pools Hotel and every time has been terrific. We stayed in Room 121 ans Room 116 and they are in fact great rooms with a great view. For a wonderful secluded romantic vacation. Pavilions and Pools is the place for you. more
