The location is nice for shopping, and has a nice view if you have a room in front. We stayed tree nights, the first two nights were good, but the last night (Friday night) was not good. It was a lot of noise from the bar all night long (3-4 o'clock). The staff was friendly especially the bellhop. This hotel... More

for the price I paid, I could not help but notice there was no cable tv on top of bad tv reception and even though there was a space obviously dedicated for a fridge, there was none. Yes the room and hotel were nice but tv and fridge are somewhat basic commodities everywhere else.

We chose this hotel because it's right across from the ferry depot which we would be using to travel to the BVI. Got to the hotel late in the evening. The check in process was average and the rooms were clean and quiet. Avoid the restaurant and bar. Our group agreed to go down for a night cap at the... More

This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. Granted, we did arrive early, but were taken to our room. It was not made up from the last guests, so back to the lobby we went. Hyacinth (the lady at the front desk) never looked at us at the initial check in or our return due to... More

We pre-booked a single night coming and going from a two week stay in BVI. First, everything in this hotel is run down. The pictures on the website are deceptive. The hotel is "a dump." The cushions on the loungers are dirty and stained. Our bathroom floor was sticky. There were greasy footprints on the carpet by the bed--check the... More

Got into the hotel in the evening, shower handle falls off in my hand, and no one could help me. Wake up in the morning to catch my 10 am appointment, call front desk for assistance she claims she will send maintenance to assist. half hour passes, I call again, she says hold on. 17 more minutes pass I call... just a one night stopover underway to BVI and it was ok for that purpose. Hotel probably was great x years ago, but now appears a little worn. Not much smiles and friendliness to see from the staff. Price-wise ok.

Was in town just one night for business. The pics online look very nice but it is not the same when you arrive. Linens, towels and bathroom were of average cleanliness. My room view looked out to a baseball field with a game in progress and it was noisy! The restaurant has no view whatsoever. You can choose to eat... More

We only stayed here overnight before our weeklong sailing trip and one overnight as we returned before our flight back home. I'm very disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) and also the price you pay for a bed made in the 1980's (squeaky and sunken in middle) and a room that is very noisy to the outside. When we...
