Someone should report this place to the health department. Here's a list of what we experienced: No hot water for our entire stay, broken AC, bugs, rats and stray cats everywhere, broken doors to the units that wouldn't close or lock, trash everywhere including used condoms, old beer cans and chicken bones on our patio. We spent a week in July at a privately owned two story villa/condo (306 Building D) at the Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina. The views from both of the oversized balconies of St. John, the BVI, the pool and the beach were incredible!
