I have stayed at Sapphire Village twice this year; once in Jan and again in April. I am heading back in June and will stay there as well. I love the place. First of all, if you do not want to rent a car, no problem. Take a cab to the property and then use the 'Safari', a converted pick-up truck that has 4-5 rows of seats along with a metal roof. If you are the least bit enticed by the price of the property - don't be. This place is the pits! We travel alot and are pretty easy going. The property was in complete disrepair and a mess! The employees were rude, unhelpful and just obnoxious. No views, the whole place smells like sewage. We were also missing some of things after our stay... The condo itself was somewhat clean.- although we keep telling ourselves the sand and hairs in the sheets were ours- even though there were not our hair color! . Save your money and stay at a resort. The two groups that own the village are at odds with one another and it shows.
