Excellent for quiet place to stay at a seculded beach. If you do not come with your actual printout of your reservation confirmation, they will not even attempt to help you at the front desk. Had leftover time share points and decided to book 12/1-12/8 and was really disappointed in the way the place is maintained. We arrived after 10:30 PM from west coast and the night clerk who checked us in was borderline rude.
