I stayed in St. Croix for two weeks and enjoyed my stay there, however if I were to visit there again I would not stay in the Schooner Bay Condos. The condo itself was very nice and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds, but the location just plain ------. It's advertised as being a 5 minute walk from the beach, but by beach they mean the small board walk area which is nice for dining out and watching boats sale, but doesn't have a public beach for swimming and what not. My aunt has been living in these condos for the past 3 months and also agrees with the problems with the location. The two weeks I was there I also encountered a variety of other problems, which included a maintanance staff that was very slow to fix things. For example the drier broke about a week before I got there and it took another week just to have someone come over to look at it.
