Beautiful location, beach is not for swimming or snorkling, the resort itself is run down and is in need of repairs. Our unit had had no updates in over 40 years, 1 little window airconditioner. Nice people but the try to chage you for everything and I do mean everything.....would never stay again to outdated.

I give colony cove a 5 star rating newly renovated, beautiful turquoise ocean view and a fantastic pool area. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. I would recommend this to my friends and family, this is my second stay and we enjoy colony cove. Very close to market and town Rhonda Curtiss
