Got to Chenay Bay Resort.. got the flu, from the plane. Staff treated us wonderfully, profited all our needs. Best eating place on the Island as far as we were concerned. Yes the no see bugs are around, but with bug spray no worries... Water on bay is swallow good for young children and not good swimmers, but good snorkling.... more

we arrived at cheney bay and was told the restaurant and bar was closed for scheduled repairs and a large sign was also posted at the front of the resort saying what we were told it was getting late so we just wanted a place to relax for the nite we asked for the manager to find out how long... more

beautiful view but room wasn't clean, there was no hot water the whole time I was there, the microwave was broke, cable was out and the A/C was broke. This hotel needs help fast. Messed up a short 1 day vacation experience. more

While the resort is lovely (although somewhat aged) we experienced towels in the room so frayed that Goodwill wouldn't have taken them, a shortage of towels, a lack of furniture, nonworking stove, a refrigerator that went belly up (although the staff did get that replaced very quickly) and a fair hike up a hill with luggage (no assistance even offered).... more
