I will have to say the hotel had excellent customer service, the people working there were extremely friendly and willing to help answer any questions or provide you with anything you need. The rooms are dated and are in need of a renovation and a little more cleaning, but they have a great patio and view of the beach. We... more

My husband and I just came back from the Palms. We spent three days. Big mistake! We went to St. Croix for business. First day we asked for beach towels never got them. Third day no beach towels. I asked for one extra towel to dry my hair. Third day still no towel! There was a wedding that weekend. They... more

I am sorry that you had trouble obtaining beach towels during your stay. Our normal procedure is that guests check out beach towels at the front desk and then return them after use. However, had the manager or I known that you had an unfulfilled request we would have personally corrected it on the spot. We did have a wedding...

I have recently returned from a truly wonderful stay at the Palms. From check-in to check-out the experience left me feeling that the staff and management really cared about their guests. When my company booked a business meeting followed by a week of R&R at the hotel, I didn't know what to expect not having visited the Island before. Arriving... more

We stayed for a week at The Palms and had a wonderful time. I can say that this was one of the most relaxing vacations we have taken in several years. Our room was quite large and had a breathtaking view of the beach lined with palm trees. We spent evenings on the outdoor patio watching the sunset. The resort... more

My wife and I loved the Palms and can't wait to go back! From the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from our beachfront balcony, to the gourmet menu, to the walks on the beach, to the relaxing pool, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our first vacation without the kids in a long time (and were not bothered by... more

This was our first time to the Islands, but will definitely not be our last. With this being our twins graduating year, we decided to take a family vacation the week of Spring Break. We couldn't have chosen a better Resort. Upon arriving at the Palms we were mesmerized by its beautiful colors, well kept grounds, remote location and ocean... more

From the moment we arrived-11pm- until we left the staff couldnt have been nicer We had to extend our stay 4 days because of American airlines problems and no problem. they even gave us the discount rate. Food and drink was plentyful and very good. Only 40 units so not crowded. Great, although dated rooms, beautiful pool and ajoining beach.... more

My highest compliments are extended to all the Staff (including Pat, bartenders - Karen and Matt, the rest of the front desk staff and all the maids, the security guards, Travis, and Julie, the manager (who I... more

I recently got married and we did our honeymoon at The Palms at Pelican Cove. Excellant place to relax on the beach and the resort is close to Christiansted. The dining area and bar are first rate, eventhough it is a little pricey. Food was excellant. Only downside is the actual room, had some things to be desired. Bathroom cleanliness... more

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. As a result of your comments and others, we have already placed a very nice dark brown wicker table and 2 chair set in every room. It certainly makes a big difference in the appearance and utility of the room. It will be there for you on your next trip down!

My wife and I just returned from 5 days at the Palms at Pelican Cove. We had a wonderful experience there and on the island as well. The hotel consists of approximately 40 rooms, 1 bar and a restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being that it is a small facility, many of the staff recognized us by... more
