My wife and I stayed at The Palms for the first time in June 09 after many trips to St Croix. We found that the accomodations were very nicely done. The food at the restaurant was excellant and the staff could not have been more accommodating. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation stay at the Palms. We... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palms at Pelican cove on St. Croix. The location and accomodations were great but the best thing about the Palms at Pelican Cove were the friendly and helpful owners and staff. The owners, chuck and Joyce Fischer, live on the resort much of the year which I think greatly adds to the terrific... more

What can I say but, perfect! The Palms at Pelican Cove Hotel is exactly what I was seeking, a comfortable island-style hotel on the beach. My friends and I choose this hotel and I am so happy with our decision. If you love the beach then you will love this hotel too. If your room is on the first level... more

St. Croix is a lovely place, it truly is -- but, honestly, the best part of our trip was our stay at the Palms. Everyone on the staff was so warm and hospitable we felt like we were visiting old friends. This is especially true of Chuck. He made us feel as though we were invited guests as opposed to... more

As a wedding planner, and a guest, this was the best experience i have ever had. The rooms were clean and ecletic, it is not a ritz carlton if that is what you are looking for, all the rooms all the same, this is not for you. This is a great hotel, the staff knew our names, the bartenders knew... more

Our scuba diving club from Lexington, Kentucky stayed at the Palms as a result of several recommendations, and were pleasantly surprised. The scuba diving was good, as was Dive Experience, our dive operator, but this is about the resort. In my opinion, the resort appears to be in the final stages of a total upgrade. My room (no. 24) was... more

My wife and 2 children went to this hotel for vacation. We had some problems with the rooms but the management made up for this by exemplry service. There is no reason to have a bad experience at this hotel because the owner Chuck will bend over backwards to take care of you. When the A/C went on the fritz,... more

Thank you for your kind comments and I will make sure that our staff is aware of how much you appreciated your stay. The last couple of months we have had some days where the municipal water has had a slight rust color. The municipality is trying to isolate the source of the problem and get it fixed, hopefully they...

For my birthday, my partner and I traveled to St. Croix and stayed at the Palms at Pelican Cove. We found the hotel to be paradise within the paradise that is St. Croix. We were immediately met at the front desk by Haydee, who was extremely nice, informative, and put us to ease immediately. In subsequent days, front desk people... more

My favorite part about the palms has got to be that you are so incredibly close to the ocean all the time. I slept with the door to the balcony open every night i was there just so i could hear the waves. I definatley plan on going back. p.s. Make sure to try the fruit and yogurt for breakfast... more

The Palms at Pelican Cove is a jewel in a small treasure chest called St. Croix, U.S.V.I. We spent five nights at The Palms and really hated to leave. It was the first time in years I had stayed at a hotel/resort and was able to completely relax and have a good time. The rooms are very comfortable, with private... more
