We returned from the Caravelle in June. We've been at the Caravelle 3 times in 2007. We've been staying there every year since 1985. Our service is always great. The Caravelle staff are the best. Terrible experience. Tough to go up to third floor with 40 lbs of luggage. Room dirty. No sprinkler system and only exit is outside stairway. All rooms have ashtrays. Loud and noisy.
