This is not the place for an up tight traveler, but you know that from the price I've been coming down to the islands since 99 and since Sita and Michelle have taken over it's been great. It is not the best hotel on the island but a very thrifty one. You will not find a better deal on st... more

Just spent 8 days at Cane Bay Reef from March 5th thru 13th and loved every minute. Great location directly on ocean. This is NOT a inclusive, sterile, all inclusive chain resort. If you want that---then dont go there. It is a small, clean, comfy accommodations. Unpretenious and affordable. I was in "Coconut" unit, and its a furnished 1 bedroom... more

Not sure how old the photos on their website are- but they are highly inaccurate! Our room was filthy, the stove was missing one element completely and the rest of it was black. The windows were inoperable and screens just leaning in place. The deck had soft spots where you would poke thru from rot. The pool is non functional.... more

the place was horrible. we stayed in the penthouse sweet which was a higher rate. the ac didn't work, the windows would not close completely, the door did not lock, the lights quit working, and there were ants everywhere. if you left a drink on the counter for 5 minutes ants were all over it. the owners weren't very nelpful... more

My wife and I have been coming here for 10 years. Just now leaving after a week stay (with 31 yr old son) and will be returning later tSeptember for another week. The inflammatory negative posts here are way off the mark given the change of property owners. If it was as bad as portrayed, I wouldn't stay here year... more

Do NOT stay here, you will want to commit suicide within one hour of your arrival. There were armies of rats running around outside the dumpster, there was a terrible smell coming from the restaurant/bar that just hung around 24/7. The windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them. There were bugs and cockroaches in the kitchen.... more

We checked in and saw our room and stayed only long enough to find another place to stay. The shower was moldy. The kitchenette area was not clean. The A/C window units did not work well and the celing fan did not work at all. The pool was filthy and the pool furniture was filthy. The common areas were dirty... more

We just returned from Cane Bay Reef Club and had a fantastic time! The resort was clean and quiet, our biggest considerations! It is not for the glamorous, but is great for those looking for nice accomodations in a great area. It's located close to a few nice beach bars/restaurants, but the best food was right on site at Bogey's!... more
