We visited the last week of August. We had a wonderful trip. We stayed in the French Village and Italian Village. I definitely preferred the Italian Village. The manager at The French Village is awesome, and I was appalled by how efficient they prepared for the threat of Hurricane Erika. They kept the guests very informed, and the resort worked... More

We have gone on a number of Caribbean family vacations, and this trip by far, was the best! Such a great all inclusion, family friendly resort with plenty of things to do all day and night for kids of all ages and adults. We would return again and again. We stayed in the Italian village and had a room for... More

We stayed in a family suite with walkout to the pool. This meant everyone could come and go as they pleased without having to look the door or carry a room key. I was able to sit in the sun even if the kids wanted to play the Xbox that was in the room! The beach was 2 mins from... More

This was our 3rd time, we love beaches and the island. This time we found a few thing that have changed. Not in a good way. On Sunday they are very under staffed. There were not enough pool floats and the ones they had were in poor condition. In the past the staff was always happy and friendly. This time... More

We just got back from this Resort and what made it so special was the way they handle food allergies. They have a Culinary Concierge office where my son was able to choose anything from the menu in any of the 20 restaurants and they would have it prepared for him. He could even order any of he deserts. Andrea,... More

This is our third visit to the resort, so we love the property. We are staying at a time with about 25% occupancy. Why does this matter? The water park that our kids have been waiting for to enjoy for a year, CLOSED!!! The French Pool where I like to relax and is free of the endless club music, CLOSED!!!... More

By 6.5 year old daughter and I just returned from 7 nights at Beaches T&C. We've stayed at Beaches Negril on multiple occasions and at Beaches Ocho Rios once. Each resort has its own flavor. Overall, my favorite is Beaches T&C, due to the sheer volume of choices. From restaurants, to pools, to activities, the vast selection at Beaches T&C... More

We stayed at Beaches for 5 nights in August, after spending 6 nights at a neighboring condo resort, Windsong. We liked the mix of the 2 hotels. Windsong was great because it was RIGHT on the water and had a beautiful reef steps from our room. The PROS of Beaches: -ABSOLUTE #1- their awareness and systematic approach to food allergies... I don't even know where to begin. However, if you're not in the mood to read a long review, let me help you by stating, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, or if you have money, use it elsewhere. Yes, you think you're getting an all-inclusive deal, but it is so not worth it. You can have the same entertainment for... More

Lots to do or just relax on the best beach in the world. Water is crystal clear, sand is soft with no shells, or debris. Rooms are spacious, clean, and cool, but beds are just OK (We like firm mattresses). The Chair bed or trundle is not so comfortable. I did not like the fact that the only room choices... More
