Best water and beaches..wonderful spa. Rooms need renovation. I like the lack of marble and brass but the rooms had some rust and deteration which should not be seen at this price point. Service was a bit spotty at times. Food quality could of been better. Food was very expensive which is to be expected on a private island but... More

My wife and I stayed here the first week of Jan 2012. I "won" the week in a charity auction. The auction was not run well and I ended up getting the week for a very low price which turned out to be well below the advertized rates for that week: good for me, not so good for the auction.... More

We have been at Parrot Cay like eight or nine times. This is the first time we brought the whole family. For us there are hardly surprises exept we see a improved menu and the portions have become more American. For Europeans this means you could almost share all dishes because of the seize. Our children already are in love... More

...apart from...will get to that later. This has been on my radar for some time and decided to splurge to celebrate a special occasion. We were picked up at the airport and transported to the motor launch where we were offered cold towels and drink whilst the luggage was put onto the boat. Journey to Parrot Cay was a lovely... More

From the moment one is met at the airport to your time to depart, the resort has managed to provide the finest in accommodations and service along with more ameniies than you can imagine. Staff are genuinely friendly and anticipate your needs in a gracious and sophisticated manner. Spread over 1,000 acres, it is always calm and tranquil, with thoughtful... More

Classic elegance, great service, privacy, splendid beach and sand like talcum powder. Relaxing spaces, gourmet food (pricey), but truly a vacation "away". I hope it stays as it is because they have a great formula. Joanne

Very nice secluded hotel in Turks far away from the big resorts in the main island. The spa was great with pleasant service and the restaurants (mediterranean and asian) were both delicious. It is worth to book the full board package as there is no other option around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For instance, we lost our... More

This is a beautiful place, like most in Turks & Caicos. The unique element is the kindness of the staff and the remoteness of being on its own island. The accommodations are luxurious but pleasantly simple, more beach house then Ritz Carlton. One of the other nice surprises is that the food is very good (using a NYC scale) and... More

Traveled for week to Parrot Cay and cannot say enough good things about resort. Room comfortable and clean. Facilities in general were very clean, each day fresh fruit brought to room. The food was expensive but sharing appetizers and main courses for dinner makes it less so and the portions allow sharing since they are quite generous, if banana fritters... More

Vacationed to Parrot Cay with the family (including a 4year old) during spring break. Despite travelling during spring break, the resort was not overcrowded...no reserving of pool chairs as there were plenty. No mad dashes for fresh towels, there were plenty. And the resort really catered to kids as there were daily activities (birdhouse painting, tie dye tshirts, hunting for... More
