For a very, very pricey hotel my spouse and I expected better service. I will say that the staff is very nice but since many of them do not speak English very well our food orders were consistently incorrect. Food at Parrot Cay was pretty good but too expensive. For example I ordered the hamburger which was $28 and I’m... more

I just returned from another amazing trip to Parrot Cay and wish I could return tomorrow. The natural beauty of this resort, the minimalist design and overall tranquility are unmatched anywhere I have been. The service was impeccable and the food, delectable. I stayed in room 703 which is a suite with huge balcony, living room, bedroom, two bathrooms and... more

Having visited other Como Shambhala properties, I had high expectations, and they were still exceeded. Nolie, the resident property manager, met us at the dock after the private boat and van transfer from the airport in Provos. Everything was taken care of in advance, and I didn't have to think about a single thing while I was there. The flight... more

The resport was all about pampering you and making you feel relaxed. The massages were more than a mere massage, they were a relaxing ritual made to relieve all the built up stress of every day life. The beaches were beautiful, the amenities spectacular. more

At first I was concerned about the few negative reviews about this resort that were recently posted on Trip Advisor. To allay my fears, I called the resort and called in advance and spoke directly with the Guest Services Manager. He was receptive, non-defensive, and assured me that he would personally see that my concerns would be taken care of.... more

I had been to Parrot Cay before to take advantage of their amazing COMO Shambhala spa retreat and fell in love with the island. Prior to my first visit I did not realize that the Resort had villas that could accommodate families so on my return home my husband and I decided this would be the spot for our next... more

This is long overdue, but better late than never. I was in the US for a 2 week business trip and had a 3 day weekend free in the middle of it. The weather in London was dismal and I convinced my partner to meet me in NY...but the weather wasn't much better there. So I asked around and we... more

We went to Parrot Cay for 4 days for our honeymoon after 4 hectic days in NYC. It was the perfect place to unwind. The beach is stunning and so is the pool area. I've never seen sea that colour before - it was so turquoise. The spa was really amazing - I would have loved a treatment everyday but... more
