At the Royal West Indies resort on Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos islands, you are likely to hear the front desk phone answered, "It is a beautiful day here at the Royal West Indies, how may I help you?" They aren't kidding. We found the resort staff to be concerned and gracious from beginning to end, and the rooms... More

My wife and I are seniors who recently spent 5 nights at the Royal West Indies Resort. It was fabulous! We had a studio suite facing a small pool and many beautiful plants. The room was perfect for us and included a kitchen and covered patio. The room was kept sparkling clean and included beautiful decorations and a very confortable... More

Just got back from a stay at the RWI, 3/12-3/18, we loved it! Not only is it reasonably priced with no extra charges thrown in at the last second but it's beautiful. The grounds are well manicured, very lush and tropical feeling! The beach is amazing, a nice white sand beach. The water is the best part of this island,... More

Spent a week at RWI in the beginning of February. Weather was perfect, mid 80's every day, water temperatures around 78 degrees. We spent five of the six days there diving with Caicos Adventures who were fantastic and highly recommended. Their catamaran boat is a comfortable ride to the better dive sites at French Cay and West Caicos. The diving... More

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at RWI and were very pleased. The hotel staff was accomodating and friendly- the cleaning service was once if not twice a day which really helped not having wet towels lying around. They even give you detergent. It was also nice to check out dvds. They had a collection of very recent films.... More

We stayed at the Royal West Indies in Provo in mid-February. Wonderful! The room and the grounds were immaculate, the staff very friendly and helpful and the bartenders make fantastic frozen drinks. Pools were gorgeous and well-maintained as was the beach. Housekeeping even did our dishes for us! The restaurant food was excellent- out of all the places we ate... More

Stayed at rwi early Febuary. Overall everything I've read seems pretty on point for the most part. Sometimes the people working the front desk wouldn't acknowledge your existence and was rather frustrating. Also going to most of the restaurants we experienced the same treatment. The food is excellent a little pricey but worth it. We had no trouble using credit/debit... More

My husband and I stayed at RWI 2/18 - 2/25. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend you try this resort. Here's some of the things we thought most worth sharing: Having traveled to three different Palace Resorts in Cancun and all-inclusives in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Vallarta, we would not consider this a resort, per se. RWI... More

My fiancé and I stayed at Royal West Indies Resort in the Turks & Caicos in early February. The resort is well maintained and not so large that you feel lost. The resort is well landscaped, but not all of the walkways are lit well in the evenings. The front desk is very responsive. The cleaning services are very good... More

My husband and I have been travelling yearly to TCI since 2000. We have travelled to many other carribean destinations and continue to return to TCI. We have stayed at the Royal West Indies 4 times. We have watched the expansion of this resort including the lovely open air lobby, second pool area and the addition of 4 additional buildings.... More
