Firstly apologies for a late review from our visit in Jan 2014. This really is a great value hotel/resort. Why did we choose Ports of Call? One reason was the video from the owner Dale Papke. I investigated a number of other resorts, and pricewise kept finding I could not ignore Ports of Call. I then watched Mr Papke's video... More

I was arriving late into Providenciales and needed a room to stay in before heading to a beachfront resort. I was pleasantly surprised by my choice (after reading many reviews). The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and there are many shops nearby. It's literally a one block walk to the beach but the prices are... More

Ports of Call is ideally located for scuba divers, with the premier dive shop right next door. After diving you can relax around the pool or take a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach on Grace Bay. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good a/c. We found the staff very helpful in recommending a number of excellent restaurants.

Thank you for the great review. We do pride ourselves on being the #1 choice of divers and having the islands #1 dive shop, Dive Provo, located in our resort, certainly helps. We continue to increase the appeal of our resort to general leisure vacationers with the addition of many ammenities not commonly found in value priced resorts like ours... More

Ports of Call is a relatively inexpensive place to stay compared to other resorts in the vicinity. It is about a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable and the hotel staff/management are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely with numerous lounge chairs. Complimentary breakfast is served each day... More

We stayed at the Ports of Call in July, We were really glad we stayed here. We were greeted by a very friendly staff. The room was nice, basic furnishings, nothing fancy, but comfortable and spacious with Caribbean colors to make for a cheery room. The pool was great, very clean, comfortable lounge chairs. There were two hammocks on the... More

During tropical storm Christabol, we were stranded on the island for an add'l 3 days. We checked in to Ports of Call Resort and were accommodated with great care for our situation. The staff and Co-Mgr. Kendra Parker were friendly and helpful which eased our concerns on being able to get a flight out to get back home. The airport... More

My apologies for the delay in responding but I have been away. So sorry that you had to endure the tropical storm as Providenciales receives less rain per year than most caribbean islands so we are usually pretty confident in telling incoming guests that their stay will likely be rain-free. Happy to hear that we treated you well and hope... More

Let's start by saying that Turks and Caicos is very expensive to stay in. Ports of Call is a fairly priced hotel to stay and offers a very nice and decent breakfast every morning. The beach is a nice 5 minute walk. I must say that Turks and Caicos has the most pristine and beautiful beaches I have ever seen.... More

At the end of a lovely vacation where we rented a town home, in Turks and Caicos, we had to scramble to make new plans. We were at the airport when Tropical Storm Cristobal decided that nothing was arriving and certainly, nothing was leaving. As the downpour continued, I became ill and was taken to hospital. Upon my release, it... More
