My boyfriend and I stayed for 7 nights (5/10-5/17), and it was a mostly pleasurable stay. The hotel is kept very clean and tidy; don't expect your room to be cleaned by a certain time - the housekeeping times varied throughout our trip, and sometimes the room wasn't clean by as late as 3pm. There were a bunch of tiny... More

My husband and I just returned from a week's stay at the Comfort Suites in Provo. Excellent place in stay, staff was very helpful and friendly; rooms are updated, clean and comfortable; pool was always clean and has great comfy chairs around the pool; only a 3 minute walk to the ocean (where the Comfort Suites has a designated area... You know... I have to say, this hotel would probably cost 1/3 of the price if it weren't in T&C... and the old rooms are pretty dingy (try to get in the new wing!)... but the common areas are clean, quiet, and beautiful... the staff was really helpful... and the location is really great. So despite my frustration at having... More

Comfort Suites is a comfortable hotel in a convenient location. It is a five minute easy walk to a beautiful beach. A good supermarket is just across the street as are a handful of decent restaurants. The staff are very friendly. I stayed in a room in the renovated wing which was comfortable and spacious though not much of a... More

My husband and I just got back from 5 fabulous nights at the Comfort Suites in Turks and Caicos and we cannot wait to go back! The hotel is in a perfect location with easy walking to numerous bars, restaurants, shops and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The Comfort Suites was the most affordable option we found on... More

Ok, so here’s what we have to report about the Comfort Suites Ports of Call. We stayed there for 1 week from April 26, 2012 until May 3, 2012. First off, the rooms were clean, comfortable and a good size. The Comfort Suites is an excellent value for Turks and Caicos, you’re probably not gonna find a better deal anywhere... More

Stayed at the Comfort Suites April 14-21. Very pleased with the hotel and espeically with the hotel's location. Hotel staff were friendly, rooms were adequate (un-renovated side), very comfortable beds, air conditioning and fans worked great. Slept amazingly well. Breakfast was also adequate, I was happy that at least something was included, because we were on a budget. We bought... More

Have to agree with the previous posts on almost all points. The difference between the two sides (renovated vs non renovated) was forty dollars, after looking at the old room style it was certainly worth the difference. Bigger TV, better bedding, built in safes, new showers, etc... On check in you will get a towel card that you turn in... More
