I stayed at the Salt Raker Inn in March. When I arrived at the inn Erika the inn manager was there to greet me. Though I booked a small room on the first floor she let me have the suite on the second floor at no extra charge. The room's front windows faced the beach across the street. A nice... More

A great place to spend Christmas and New Year as a solo traveller:a warm welcome, sociable venue and the not to be missed Turks and Caicos traditional Rake n' Scrape band on Friday nights. Not to mention Junkanoo to bring in the New Year!

We stayed at the Salt Raker during the first half of October, 2014, for a week. We stayed in one of the top beachfront rooms, with a mini fridge and stuff to make your own instant coffee, which one did not need because at 7 AM they have coffee at the bar downstairs. There is a full-length balcony that runs... More

I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for my ten day holiday on Grand Turk. My room was delightful, with the beach ready for swimming and snorkelling just across the street, and a choice of restaurants within walking distance.Erica was very friendly and helpful, booking taxis and a flight to Salt Cay-I also very much appreciated all the... do you really want to eat there? Better check the screens in the kitchen. The ladies are nice. Erica can be, but don't get on her bad side………..then she barely tolerates you and makes it quite clear that you are not welcome.

My husband and I just returned from a week-long stay at Salt Raker, and can't say enough great things about this charming inn and Erika, its incredibly helpful proprietor. We stayed in a sun-soaked room on the second floor with a balcony (with a hammock) overlooking the turquoise water. The beach is a stone's throw away and the location is... More

My team and I recently had the privilege of staying at the Salt Raker Inn during a volunteer vetting trip to Grand Turk Island. We loved Grand Turk but one of the biggest reasons we felt so at home was Erika and her fantastic family of staff. We looked forward to spending time with Erika, Zeus, Mitzie and Ruby every... More

We stayed at another hotel nearby, and we were really looking forward to dining outside here on our last evening. The Secret Garden restaurant is really lovely and quaint with a fun Christmas tree made of cans. We loved the whimsy. At the rear of the restaurant is the bar - on the night we went there, the entire garden... More

We had breakfast and dinner here and then came for drinks on Friday night. The food was delicious and the staff were very helpful in helping me find food that would be OK with my food allergies. On Friday there is a live band that plays. It was a lot of fun to sit and listen and watch people dancing.... More

The Salt Raker Inn is a perfect resting place on this amazing island. Erika, Mitzy and Ruby are always warm, welcoming and smiling. Ready to help in anyway they can and really make you feel like a friend not just a patron. The food is delicious, please believe that the chicken schnitzel and garlic potatoes are some of the best...
