First off I should say Kristen in reception is the only reason this is a two star review and not one. She was absolutely fantastic. Other staff made us feel they were doing us a favor. I don't know where the folks who say the food here was excellent were eating (perhaps they'd had a good few rum punche's first?)... More

I was in Grand Turks on business for a few days and stayed at the Osprey Beach Hotel for the duration. The Hotel is a lovely place with a private little beach that has an amazing sunset. Check in was quick and I was personally directed to my room by one of the friendly staff members, they were always willing... More

We stayed at Osprey Beach Hotel over the holiday season. From the very beginning, the communication from Kristen was AMAZING! She answered multiple emails thoroughly and with the utmost patience. In our experience, all of the staff were welcoming and friendly every time we encountered them. The office was gracious and helpful whenever we had questions, from renting golf carts... More

We wish you were still here too! Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. I hope that your Peas and Rice turn out just the way you remember... if not, you will have to come back and have a cooking lesson with Nadjet! More

Stayed in a 1st floor room overlooking the beach. Superb views of sunset- sea was beautiful. Thee were days when we had the beach to ourselves but it was never crowded. Very quiet location. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the restaurant. Food was excellent. If you are not here for diving, there isn't a lot else,... More

We stayed at Osprey Hotel in January. Our room had a small kitchen. I would not book that room again (Beachfront Queen Suite with full kitchen). The utensils and dishes are very limited, plus it is very difficult to find fresh food at the grocery (mostly frozen) which is expected for a small Caribbean island. It is much easier to... More

Stayed for 2 nights after coming over from Provo. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a mini kitchen (we didn't use it other than the minifridge). Room was very spacious and so was bathroom, which was awesome for 3 single ladies to share. Beds were comfy and the view was out of this world. Mosquitoes were SO... More

Based on the helpful and timely responses we got from Kristen in advance of our diving vacation we were prepared for a positive hospitality situation -- and our expectations were more than met. The front office staff was fantastic for everything from getting us settled, to providing useful tips about experiencing the island. For example: getting around (we rented a... More

We came to Grand Turk to dive and were so excited to snag rooms directly above our dive shop! The location of the hotel is ideal, short (comically short) walks to restaurants and bars in the area. The hotel staff was generally very great. I agree with another reviewer - the front desk woman with short dark hair was always... More

Every day (and at different times during the day) they were short towels and chairs for the beach. Every. Day. On day 4 I decided to say something to the lady with short hair at the front desk versus coming home and passive aggressively blowing them up on Trip Advisor. She immediately got defensive and began explaining her towel problems... More

Thank you for your constructive criticism. I apologise for our shortcomings during your stay. I have addressed your concerns so that they will not be repeated. Regarding the Parrot Fish versus Grouper, I realise that locals do eat parrot fish but we do not and will not buy them for our restaurant. The only grouper not in season is the... More

As a family of four, we got two atrium rooms while passing through Grand Turk. Both rooms were equips with two beds, a bath, AC, and a back porch with hammocks. You are just across the street from the Osprey hotel and the ocean. These hotels sit just above a great cafe too. There are three dive shops close by... More
