Just back from a one week stay (Nov. 14-21) at Manta House on Grand Turk and we can’t say enough good things. The accommodations were tremendous, the island is truly unique and the people, our hosts at the Manta House as well as all of the locals, were incredibly helpful and friendly. A complete renovation & makeover of the Manta... more

I occasionally fly between the Florida mainland and the US Virgin Islands. The Turks and Caicos Islands are almost exactly midway, with Grand Turk being the closer to home. So the location is right. I've stayed at the Manta House twice before in the last 5 or 6 years and it was OK. It's just a bedroom (3 available) with... more

We stayed at Manta House on Grand Turk for a week in February – it was just what we were hoping for: comfortable, casual, laid-back, and relaxing and right on the beach. The folks that run the place were very friendly and helpful – even driving us around our first day to point out the grocery stores, ATM’s, etc. But... more

Manta House is a precious gem on Grand Turk, and I hesitate to tell others about it - I'd like to keep it to myself! But, I'm not a selfish person, so I would encourage anyone who travels to Grand Turk to choose the Manta House Bed and Breakfast if you are looking for comfortable accommodations, wonderful hosts and a... more

Manta House is a lovely old Bermudian style building on front street , gorgeous views of the ocean etc. But that is where it ended for my wife and i. The two girls that run it are freindly Canadians but they have no time for you and we felt our requests were ignored. Too much noise at night from the... more

Manta House is an incredible experience. The people in Grand Turk are laid-back and friendly, and the owners who run Manta House themselves are no exception--except that they can't do enough for you. Everyone knows everyone and can reach anyone at a given moment (practically all island occupants are carrying cell phones). So, via our hosts, we could arrange an... more

Manta House is awesome. You cannot find a better place to stay on the Island. Kat, Tonya and Deb are fabulous hostesses who go out of their way to make your feel comfortable and extremely welcomed. The rooms are very clean and right on the beach. Kat, Tonya and Deb also run the Sundbar which the place on the island... more

Having abandoned the more proper Provo, we landed on the laid back comfort of Grand Turk. The welcome from the ladies of Manta House was warm and genuine. Their beach bar provided a spot to meet all the locals, swim together and consume some great food and drink. Room was clean, breakfast fine but the friendships for the week were... more

I am staying at Manta House Jan 21st to the 1st. I have been in Grand Turk staying with a friend before moving to Manta House. I was at Manta House being serviced by both the lovely girls that run it and their Mother. I cannot believe the slander that I just read on this site. Trip Advisor should monitor... more

We decided on the Manta House due to it's location in town and right on Duke St. We loved it. The girls made us feel right at home and there was never a thing we wanted that they did not take care of. The room was clean and bright, breakfast was simple but just right for a start to your... more
