When I arrived in the evening after a flight from the States my husband and I were given Room 103 which was on the ground floor. We stayed 2 nights in a large enough room with a double bed. Room and bathroom were clean enough but for the price linens, towels and furnishings could have been less tired-looking. The bed... More

We were a little put off when we arrived at the hotel at night. It's in a pretty seedy looking section...but then we saw a lot of that when we were on Trinidad. The room we were in was spartan, but the bed very comfortable and it was quiet. We slept in after a long day of travel so were... More

We stayed in a double room. Hotel room and bathroom were spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. Very little noise from the street, only fron the hallway and early in the morning at breakfast time the staff apparently found it necessary to play loud Indian music.. The breakfast is poor, don't expect anything: plastic plates and cutlery, hardly... More

Palms Hotel was really nice but the only thing I did not like was one of the desk attendants who was not nice at all. I have been to this hotel twice because two brides wanted to stay there the night before their weddings so that they could dress there with their bridal party on the wedding day.

We have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in January as we had booked hotel in Tobago and wanted to see Trinidad and Port of Spain before flying to Tobago. We stayed in room 125, very small room in fact we had 3 luggage bags and couldn't walk in the room as there was no space to move. Only... More

Can I give this place less than one star? If I could, I would. From bad furniture to unhelpful staff to no in-room phone or hair dryer or hot water, this place should not be on anyone's list. There is no restaurant, although they do offer a bit of breakfast and it is located in a very poor section of... More

Dear Jamal D, We here at Palms Hotel Trinidad are very sorry to hear of your discomforting stay. The water issue had been dealt with very soon after your stay. we do apologise for the surprising method the staff member handled the situation with and we assure you it will never happen again. As you rightfully said, it is "unacceptable".... More

There are many things to like about this hotel. It is so close to the airport, you can see it (which is convenient). The rooms are smallish but comfortable and have upscale finishes. The restaurant isn't bad at all and service is good. But the building is only partially finished. Many rooms are not available because they aren't finished, the... More

I spent a week at this hotel for work purpose. This hotel has no entertainment and it is no five star hotel for vacation. Prefect for short stay in Trinidad. Simple breakfast is provided every morning. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
