Worked with staff to plan and execute my legal conference. Everything was up to par and the staff worked with me to ensure everyone was well taken care of. It would shock you that the breakfast buffet cost $33 US and if it doesn't, it should. Also wifi costs $15 per day. With VAT you can feel nickel and dimed,... More

The location is amazing. The views are nice. The artwork is amazing. I do not like the fact that the pool closed at 6:00 p.m. I enjoyed my stay but would have loved a late night pool dip. Also, in today's technology wifi should be free.

I am in shock how this hotel is allowed to be a Hilton property. From checking in at 7:30pm and the room being ready one hour and a half later, having only one person in the front desk with more than ten people waiting to check in to prostitutes offering their services in the hotel hallways. This property sits on... More

The good points: the room was good, the bed was comfortable, we lucked out with a quiet room not on the pool side, check in was quick and easy. The bad (and there are many): we stayed for 2 nights pre-carnival and it was pretty apparent the hotel was 99% focused on the parties at its venue. We felt like... More

Overall happy with this hotel and would definitely stay here again for next visit to Pt of Spain. Pros • Modern decor, comfortable room, soft bed, clean. Nice bathroom/shower • Executive lounge offerings are good, but need to arrive early • Hotel overlooks the Savannah, which is within walking distance (especially good for Carnival) Cons • Line for check-in. There... More

I'll try to write a thorough and balanced review here, because I think people need to have a broad view in order to make informed decisions for themselves. I stayed here for 3 nights right after Carnival. It's a nice hotel overall, overlooking the Savannah and the terrace has astounding views over part of the city. The rooms and beds... More

I spent 10 nights at this hotel during the 2015 carnival as a few friends had recommended it and I was not disappointed. The location overlooking the Savannah and down town Port of Spain is ideal for access to all the best parties and the carnival parade but also tranquil for when you want a break. The staff are very... More

It's a good quality Hilton hotel, with spacious rooms and balcony. You'll be amused and confused with the strange upsidedown configuration. The bar provide good affordable drinks and food. It's a little far from the airport, but still recommend it to travelers.
