Absolutely awful..... The room smelled moldy, furniture dusty. They ran out of clean bath towels, we were told to wait until the other were finished washing. Breakfast was cold. Pool missing many tiles. Has a lot of work to be done to even be considered a Hotel.

If I could give half I would. I went to Cascadia as part of a group; I was first greeted by persons checking out after a few hours stating the hotel was dump. However, we continued to press on. The rooms were smelled mouldy dirty and even after requesting cleaning there was still actual garbage on the floor. The bathrooms... More

I visited this hotel years ago and it has fallen fast and far. I went there for a graduation ceremony and used a friend's room to freshen up. The hotel was full but the elevator was not working. The rooms smell musty, the stairways are dirty and everything just looks tired and neglected. The staff members tried, and they were... More

Hotel I stayed at the Cascadia Hotel for one night when I went to Trinidad for a New Years' wedding in 2013. The group rate was pretty low (~$100 US). The room was neat, but the bathroom was not clean. There was residue on the toilet and in the bathtub, and hair on the bathroom sink. Furthermore, when we complained... More

well we came here long time already. I might say Mr.Extorsys is right. the service is terrible. the elevator somehow intentionally shut down when the hotel is full. It seem's they don't care if your have a large luggage to carry. as long as you carry your own luggage. i saw some of the guests carrying their luggage from the... More

We came here for a business trip, but in our down time were able to experience the joys of Cascadia Hotel. Sitting around the pool whilst sipping a cocktail in the evening was delightful. From our room, our view was beautiful, especially the wonderful sights of the sunset against the backdrop of the greenery.

This hotel could be amazing if they renovated and retrained staff. Im a well traveled individual and not sure why this hotel on average is getting 3 stars. This hotel has no beach access at all, and you must drive through a not-so- good neighborhood. Checking was is at 3pm,however we had to wait in the lobby for almost 3... More

I had the privilege of staying at Cascadia Hotel from Monday October 21 to Friday October 25. The reception staff must be commended. They were very pleasant yet very professional. I hasten to salute my favourite receptionist - a young man with a Mohawk haircut. I have forgotten his name, but he is a keeper. Looking at some of the... More

My wife and I recently spent a week at the Cascadia at the end of a long trip backpacking around South America and were very happy to be greeted by the friendly staff and clean rooms! After a month of grimy bathrooms, smelly bedrooms and bad service it was nice just to be able to relax in some comfort for... More
