My husband and I spent one day there for my birthday. The service we received was excellent since we were greeted by Ravi at reception and he went out of his way to ensure that our stay was pleasant. Other members of staff were just as helpful namely Ria, Carin, and Tiniqua. Compliments to the chief, the meals were very... More

Buyer beware this should not be listed as a "Hotel" or even "Motel"! This is absolutely not a three star property and does not even deserve one star! Do not stay here unless you want flies in your food, a dirty filthy mattress to sleep on and mildew to shower in.

Well what to say is that in its hey day this hotel was very good how could it of fallen so far from its former self, but to say poor management. From check in to check out it seem that some of the staff not to sure what to do or how to handle any situation we were given the... More

The only reason we went to this hotel was because of a weekend voucher. i do not know if because we did not pay to stay at the hotel that they stuck us in the nastiest room. ROOM: on the first floor. The carpets are stained with who know what, it was disgusting. The bed was fairly comfortable, until we... More

After checking in for a weekend stay , I went to the hotel restaurant for dinner. The restauraunt receptionist said they did not have a menu; they were having a banquet that evening but she would see what they have available. The worker then returned with a plate of food and a drink. I asked about payment options (my stay... More

This hotel is HORRIBLE! whatever you do, do NOT stay here! It's dirty, smelly, and old! Needs a total renovation, better yet just tear down the place and start again. Didn't even have mattress covers on the beds and clean towels were hard to come by. Want ice? Reach into a nasty fly infested bucket, absolutely gross! Seriously THE worst... More

Absolutely awful..... The room smelled moldy, furniture dusty. They ran out of clean bath towels, we were told to wait until the other were finished washing. Breakfast was cold. Pool missing many tiles. Has a lot of work to be done to even be considered a Hotel.

If I could give half I would. I went to Cascadia as part of a group; I was first greeted by persons checking out after a few hours stating the hotel was dump. However, we continued to press on. The rooms were smelled mouldy dirty and even after requesting cleaning there was still actual garbage on the floor. The bathrooms... More

I visited this hotel years ago and it has fallen fast and far. I went there for a graduation ceremony and used a friend's room to freshen up. The hotel was full but the elevator was not working. The rooms smell musty, the stairways are dirty and everything just looks tired and neglected. The staff members tried, and they were... More
