Just try ringing this place to speak to a member of staff - Their front of house staff are rude and uncivil - your complaints to the "Management" will go ignored. I have stayed at the Ambassador on three occassions and intend to go there again in about a month. The hotel staff are very nice and attentive. They have high speed internet in the rooms for $10/day which is cheaper than the Crown Plaza which charges on an hourly rate. The hotel is located across from the US Ambassadors home... more

I enjoyed a confortable stay in Trinidad, the ambassador is far from being the hilton, Front desk staff very polite. The room was cleaned daily, had no problem at all. finding transport not a problem taxis on call. The only thing the price should be less. no gym, souvenir shop. Beautiful country though, hoping to go back soon. Peace more
