Short visit We spent a morning here between arriving on the Bequia ferry and flying out. The staff were charming, looking after our luggage while we had a lovely light lunch and a walk down town. We shall be back.

As a luxury adventure blogger at world-adventurer.com I've stayed in many hotels around the Caribbean and Grenadine House was a gem of a find! Here's what made my stay so special: - Historic property: This converted mansion is a sight in itself and a prime example of colonial architecture for the period. The views over the city and sea are... More

This quaint old family home was converted into a mini hotel wirh few rooms, great garden views and stunning seaviews. What is truly remarkable is the quality of food at this hotel. The menu is simple but the food tastes home cooked and truly made with love. By my second visit, the staff made me feel like family. They knew... More

I wasn't staying at this hotel but I went with a couple friends and the prices were reasonable and the customer service was AMAZING. Looks like a little Italy to me.. I loved the environment and it was very clean.

Having travelled extensively in the Caribbean with my work for the past right months, last night I came across this jewel of a hotel overlooking the harbour at Kingstown. Set in the gloriously refurbished 259 year-old Governor's residence, it's the people that make it special. The housekeeper who makes cute animals from the towels; the banter with the staff of... Quiet restaurant (we were the only people in). Great service, as per everywhere in St Vincent. My tuna steak was overlooked and wine wasn't very good. I think the key is to stick to local produce, aka rum when in SVG. That said this is a lovely setting overlooking Kingstown.

After a week sailing the Grenadines we decided to stay in unspoiled St. Vincent a couple of days more to better experience the island. We chose the Grenadine House because we prefer small hotels especially if there are historical connections. The grenadine house was the governors mansion and looks right out of Caribbean history with dark wood paneling, old maps... More

Our stay in St Vincent was a short one. My husband and I stayed one night at The Grenadine House on our way from Bequia to Barbados. We chose The Grenadine House based on the the pictures on the website, the positive reviews and the close proximity to the Ferry Terminal and downtown Kingstown. The Grenadine House is a beautiful... This hotel was originally built in 1765 as a house for the governor of St Vincent. It is called Grenadine House because you can see Bequia from it on a clear day, and Mustique on a very clear day. The architecture is stunning and every part of the building is perfectly proportioned. Everybody who works here is exceptionally polite, friendly... More

The Grenadine House Hotel is beautiful. Situated in an old mansion it combines traditional surroundings with great comfort and wonderful service. The staff are friendly, welcoming and obliging. The bedrooms are beautifully equipped without destroying their atmosphere. The restaurant has both an inside and a terrace area and serves a good variety of well prepared food. A meeting room is...
