Lola was very nice and was a great hostess. She set up a trip for me to Baleine falls (which was beautiful) and she also gave me an hour massage for $40 (great hands!). The room was spacious and clean. Although I wasn't a complete fan of the food they cooked on site, everything was amazing. Would stay again!

My wife and I moved to the Island late Dec and this was our first 'weekend away', Valentine's weekend to boot and we wanted to do something special. We picked Richmond Vale Academy as we decided to hike La Soufriere, we could not have picked better and what an amazing Valentines we had! If you are the adventurous type who... More

I stayed at Richmond Vale for a month long break and every time I see a picture of the place I can't wait to return. The waterfalls - beautiful, the skyline - breathtaking, the people - loving. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of adventure and relaxation. Number one on my list.

This place is by Chateaubelair at the extreme northwest where the roads end and the volcano wild lands begin. The boat ride to Balleine passes rugged green cliffs right out of a dream -- there was even a spot shower and a rainbow appeared framing Sourfriere volcano. Beach walking at Richmond was great on the black sands, with the occasional... More

I am a travel agent in Seattle, Washington. I visited Richmond Vale for a couple of days and had a wonderful experience. Having traveled all over the world already, the Island of St. Vincent (and the Grenadines) are one of the last remaining exotic locations where nature remains for the most part, untouched. Richmond Vale is the best deal on... More

Thanks everybody for all the support. Stanning views. Hikers will find the best guide of the Caribbean Islands: Franklin alias "Fourteen" ... and the second one is Miloud, a young German Shepherd. Greetings

This is a late review as we were at the Richmond Vale Nature and Hiking Center over a year ago; but we thoroughly enjoyed our short visit there. We enjoyed eating the wholesome meals with the students, conference attendees and staff at the Center. We enjoyed an all day rigorous hike with lovely Guide and NIght Watchman, Franklin. We didn't... This is a lovely tranquil place to stay, with amazing views, excellent location for hiking. For the price you pay the quality of accommodation provided is great. The rooms are simple, but clean and more than adequate, we did find the bedroom quite warm and the extra stand up fan was definitely required. But with that and after a long... More

I just completed another stay at Richmond Vale Hiking and Nature Center, this time with my family along for the ride. As this was my fourth visit there, I'm clearly impressed with the place. However, in the spirit of fairness, I will share the pros and cons of staying at Richmond Vale: Pros: 1) LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION-The end of the... More
