Clean and simple accomadation at a good price. Rooms have air conditioning and a Tv. It's located on the outskirts of Charlestown and is only about a 10 min. walk to the town center. The best part about the location is that your only about a 5 min. walk from the finest beach in Nevis, Pinneys beach. There is also... more

sea spawn guest house is a place where you feel welcome its very clean. you can get a comfortable room at an affordable price the location is great walk to the beach and the eateries. more

This is a very simple, clean guest house located steps away from Pinneys beach. The proprietor, Gary, could not be more helpful and kind. There are no TVs in the room, nor phones. These are basic accomodations. I found it to be an excellent location to explore the town of Charlestown and to play on the beach. This is not... more
