We had a superb stay at the FS Nevis. We had conjoining rooms to accommodate our daughters and both were beautifully appointed. We went with a group of 6 other couples and we all had a great time; the men enjoyed the golf, the ladies loved the spa and, we all loved the convenience of dropping our kids at the... more

My husband and I just returned from our annual "leave the kids behind for a week" vacation at the Four Seasons. This was our third trip (the others 5 and 11 years ago). We are very sad to say the hotel has lost some of its spark. We have been HUGE fans of the Four Seasons, and especially Nevis until... more

Staff is very nice but very poorly trained. If they went any slower they would go backwards. Villas are outdated, plunge pools are useless because they are not heated, and food is terrible. Stay away. Very disapointing more

Before leaving NY for the Four Seasons Nevis, my wife and I were concerned after reading the reviews on trip advisor. Many of the write-ups complained about the accomodations and the expense associated with the resort. Before writing the actual review, let me put it in the proper perspective. My wife and I travel approximately four times per year with... more

I visited beautiful Nevis as part of a company-sponsored event and so if I had been travelling purely for pleasure I may have found it a little annoying that there were big groups of people travelling together as I'm sure we took over the place! However, having said that, I had the most fabulous time in Nevis. Everyone on the... more

We stayed at the FS for a week in February. It was outstanding. The room was beautiful and clean (2x/day housekeeping) and the view (Mountain View room) was amazing. We were in Building 1100, which is close to the adult pool -- nice and quiet! The beach is, by a landslide, the nicest beach we've ever visited. It's groomed every... more

Already stayed at a couple of Fours Seasons hotels and resorts and I must tell, there is something different here... Maybe its just hard to get staff or hard to motivate them, but we definitely did not get the same attentive service as we are used to. Maybe it was just wrong timing, but we got only once the small... more

I booked the Four Seasons after searching the Caribbean for a luxury resort that had a kids club for children age 3 and older. Most of the resorts have babysitters for younger children and kids clubs starting at age 4, 5, or 6. Our three year old LOVED the kids club. The employees were great and had a lot of... more

We have been at this hotel every year since the hotel opened. It is to bad that the hotel has lost its interest in making guests happy. Service has declined. Room was not the room we requested. They have cut corners by limiting restaurant choices. They stole al;l the balls and tees out of our golf bag when we sent... more

First of all, I need to say that I read all of these reviews before I visited the Four seasons, Nevis. After vising, I cannot believe the negative reviews given. To stay at the Four Seasons you have to understand it is one of the most expensive Resort/Hotel companies in the world. People compaining that it is overpriced obvisouly are... more
