We stayed at rock haven for a week in February 2005. It is a beautiful home in the hills above frigate bay. The veranda offered spectacular views of both the atlantic and caribbean, a hammock, rocking chair, day bed and table where we were served a homemade breakfast daily(fresh fruit, omelet, bread, coffee, tea etc).
