We stayed at the Palms Hotel for two nights before boarding a scuba liveaboard boat. The Palms is at the "Circus" in the heart of Basseterre. I was expecting more by the description on the website but all in all it was a very nice and clean hotel. I am sure in its younger years it was rated above average standards but time seems to have taken its toll slightly.
