Anyone considering this hotel should rethink. It is pretty much a Dump. First it is not on a beach. It is on a hill above the ocean and to get down there is a steep flight of stairs to a shack. There are huge boulders so it is impossible to swim. There is no public transport and so to get... More

Just a quick stop between flights, fortuitously as it turned out. The hotel has obviously been neglected for years and in spite of an obvious attempt to brighten the place (new paintwork and works to the gardens) there is the scent of decay amongst the bouganvilla ! Now outdated, and only able to offer the most basic of hotel comforts... More

This hotel could be so much better if the owners put some money into it. Lof things falling apart and needing updating. The hotel is on such a beautiful location, great dive centre on site and the staff are all wonderful! 2nd floor studio rooms with kitchens are functional and clean. The beds and pillows are horrible and we tried... More

We chose Bird Rock for a couple of days relaxation at the end of a 3 week holiday travelling around Antigua, St Kitts and Nevis. The hotel suited us as it is in a beautiful location and our top floor studio unit with good balcony looking out to sea was spacious and had a ‘kitchenette’. The pool is lovely, large... More

We made a booking via email and when we arrived at the hotel they were fully booked. At least they had arranged for us to stay at another hotel ( ocean terrace inn) at no additional charge so the only inconvenience was a trip across town and the disappointment of not seeing the hotel we had booked.

I've read the other reviews that have been written on this resort. I would like to add that the service here is very good. It is locally owned, small and caters to couples or families who want to relax. You really have to work at being stressed at the Bird Rock. I give it a 3 star rating as a... More

I was travelling with my husband and young children, so we chose to stay at a different resort with lots of kids activities etc… but I did all of my diving at Bird Rock (hubby doesn't dive) and it is easily one of the best dive operations in the Caribbean. Tony is an AMAZING Dive Instructor. Very thorough daily dive... More

The location is great and the view from the second floor balcony is excellent. We loved sitting out in the morning, drinking our coffee and watching the cruise ships dock. Also good for watching sunsets over the Caribbean. The accommodations are very basic with mismatched furniture, but we looked at this as a cottage. On arrival our AC and TV... More

The resort needed some TLC but the staff was courteous and accommodating. I would rate the resort as very good but the Dive crew was totally 5 star! I was in St. Kitts for a scuba diving vacation and I cannot praise the team at Dive St. Kitts enough. They were fantastic! Service was beyond my expectations. Dive team was... More

Bird Rock Beach is the perfect place for anyone looking for a relaxed and peaceful environment in a beautiful setting. The good stuff- The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the water, the city, and the port. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful greenery and flowers. A set of stairs winds down to a tiny beach/sandy area... More
