Grand Cayman itself is a perfect family vacation spot. I didn't find it romantic, the hotels on 7 mile beach (Westin, Ritz and Marriott) were very crowded and large hotels cramped onto small beach space. Lounge chairs were 4 - 5 deep. This was our 3rd stay at The Meridian. We've stayed in units 22, 25 and 28 previously (rented 2 condos) and this time were in unit 29. It's located on the 5th floor.
