Grand Cayman is a great vacation spot. The water is crystal clear. I suggest purchasing snorkeling equipment because you can jump in the water any place an be near a reef. Everything was perfect at the marriott. The rooms were beautiful, nice big comfy king bed. The bathroom was big and had all the little amenitites, even a rug in front of the sink. There was a mini fridge and safe, chair and ottoman and desk. Our rooms overlooked the turtle lagoon and the balcony had two chairs and a table.... more

fairly generic marriot but somehow it all seemed a bit substandard. Something about the staff and the guests made me want to keep out of the place as much as possible.
