The website for this B&B states that it is "across from Seven Mile Beach". Nothing could be further from the truth. Annie's Place is 2849 feet, more than half a mile, from Seven Mile Beach, and that's as the crow flies. To get there requires crossing a major expressway and would be much more than half a mile. When you... More

My wife and I stayed here prior to staying on the other side of the Island. We figured staying at a B and B would help us get an idea of what the island offered. Well Annie and Peter were excellent at that. And more. You name it they not only knew the place but knew the people. The place... More

We enjoyed our stay at Annie's B & B very much! The beds are very comfortable! Breakfast is delicious! The neighborhood is nice and quiet; just a 20 minute walk to the beach. We feel very blessed to have found such an inviting cozy place to stay while on vacation. Annie, Peter, Ruth, and LaToya have hospitality galore. It was... More

Incredible hospitality, beautiful house, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, perfect location. Annie's Place is on a quiet residential street within walking distance of public transportation, restaurants, stores, a pretty golf course, and Seven Mile Beach I can't wait to return!

I can not say anything but the best about this place. Excellent service, location, value, the room was clean, spacious, I had everything I needed there. Annie and Peter were excellent hosts, friendly and helpful. And I must not forget Ruth and LaToya who prepared breakfast for me. I was very pleased to have chosen this place. It was a... More

I kinda want Annie's Place to remain somewhat anonymous so that we could visit without competition, but as you can see from the other reviews: "the cat's outta the bag". It is truly ideal. Annie, Peter, Ruth and LaToya were marvelous. You not only get fantastic breakfasts, but the bedrooms are great and you can utilize a TV/reading room, dining... More

My husband and I visited Grand Cayman last week with another couple. Annie's place lived up to and probably exceeded our expectations. Generous and friendly hosts and the rooms, as well as the entire 'bed and breakfast' were so clean. Breakfasts offered choices and were delicious and served immediately after being prepared. We did rent a vehicle and this was... More

We checked out this morning from Annie's Place where we had a lovely 2 night stay. Everything was perfect including Ruth, the cook, making the best scrambled eggs and poached aggs you can imagine for breakfast (see picture). Peter and Annie are wonderful hosts with whom it is easy to get befriended. The interior courtyard is closed in in which... More

not even sure where to start. peter and Annie look and act 20 years younger than they are for starters. in the middle of the house is a covered courtyard, just 2 steps from your bedroom. from there, Ruth can make any breakfast you can imagine. my daily was usually a variation of eggs, bacon cooked various ways. fresh fruit... Cayman Islands is full of corporate hotels, with their commensurate internationalized blandness; Annie's is real and really endearing. Husband Peter, Surrey ex-pat, and wife Annie, Caymanian native, run a friendly and helpful homey place. I learned about Cayman life and history at a spontaneous lunch with them; got a tour of George town with Miss Annie while we got the... More
