My impression is that the Reef has lost some of its refinement over the past 4 years. We stayed in a studio and were amazed at the poor sound insulation. We have been going to The Reef for seven years. It is a wonderful resort. Very quiet and laid back, which is what we look for on vacation. The staff is friendly and accomodating.
