My husband and I took a chance and booked our honeymoon at the TNI in 2002. It was everything that we wanted--away from the crowds at Seven Mile Beach, relaxing, beautiful environment, and friendly, helpful innkeepers, and fabulous accomodations. We loved it so much that we've returned three times since. The TNI is a calming, peaceful little place in paradise.... More

We stayed here in April 2007 and had an excellent time and seeing the recent negative review had to write to provide some balance. This is NOT a 500 room super luxury mega resort - if that is your idea of holiday heaven then do not stay here. People who stay here are looking for a small and personal place... More

My boyfriend planned this trip for us and my only request was that I didn't NOT want anything touristy, or resort-ish. I did not want a spring break atmosphere. The Turtle Nest Inn was perfect. The owners Marleine and Alain knew us by name when we walked through the doors. Even though the area was devastated by Hurricane Ivan in... More

The hotel and owners are great. About a 20 minute drive from the busy city of Georgetown and 7 mile beach. (We stayed our first 4 nights in the heart of the Island which is on 7 mile beach but paid for it $$$. ) The architecture, pool and beach are very nice. Most buildings on the Island are newer... After reading GolfDude's year old review of TNI, I had to write a response - fer sure... I have vacationed in Cayman approximately 10 times in the past 20 years. I love the friendly people, beautiful water and the laid back attitude. I started in the 80s, staying in the old Holiday Inn on the beach where the McMansion Ritz... More

I stayed for seven days in April 2007. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and has a gorgeous view of the beach as you walk in the front entrance. The pool is clean, and I usually had it to myself. I was greeted warmly and offered a complimentary drink upon arrival. Other than that, I saw little of the owners,... More

Although my review comes 2 months after our stay at the TNI truth be told our much needed vacation there was the last free time I have had in 2 months. My partner and I both have careers that demand all of our time and energy. The two weeks that we were blessed with in Feb. at the TNI filled... More

My wife and I have travelled a lot of the Caribbean - we were married on St. John and honeymooned in the Bahamas - both on upscale, expensive resort properties. The TNI is the only place we've ever returned to - and continue to. The value is outstanding and the Inn is just perfect - close to everything we want... More

This was our second trip to the TNI in a year and a half - the only reason we waited so long to return was the souvenir that came 9 months after our first trip! It was wonderful to return to the Inn and to bring our new son to share what we fell in love with 15 months earlier.... More

In total, my husband and I have been to Cayman three times. On our honeymoon, we stayed at the Westin on 7MB. My husband dived while I stayed on the beach. Cayman was just another commercialized beachfront hotel to me at that point. Then on a return trip, we found TNI with our 8 year old son. It was great... More
