I always think you need to rate hotels based on the price/value ratio, and I found this place to score pretty high given the modest rates on a very expensive island. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean, and the property was pretty well maintained (though I do think it is for sale based on a sign I saw).... More

Good Rooms gorgeous - newly renovated Restaurant and front desk staff super friendly Value- cheap Bad Stayed twice in a week to bookend another stay... Security- there is something weird here and I can only put this as gut and maybe I'm ignorant- the person taking us to room emphasized any issues and just call security. During second stay- it... I was not sure how I would find my stay at this resort after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, the resort is set further away from all the action on seven mile beach, but I had a car, it wasn't a problem. Everything, including the beach, is a 5 minute drive. The resort offers a free... I try not to stay in holiday Inns as they are typically drastically overpriced for what they are. The only good thing with this hotel is that the rooms are a reasonable size. The wing which I was in has the feel of a run down dormitory and everything looks as if it has been skimped on. The food is... More

Brought the family to Grand Cayman and stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort for our spring break. This property is not on seven mile beach and we knew that prior to booking. For those that complain and don't do your homework prior, shame on you! The property is about 2.5 miles off of the main highway and is very well... More

To begin with, they are very misleading with their advertising in saying they are in 7 Mile Beach. They are not! I had an "oceanfront" room, which was a man made beach that was probably 200 feet wide at best. Enough for some small water sports, but definitely away from everything. It takes 30 minutes to walk to town and... More

Stayed here on business, and wanted a quiet stay away from the hustle a bustle. Hotel was quiet, rooms quite large and adequate. My room overlooked the pool, I would have to agree with a previous review not to get a room looking outward from the complex, waster ground is to the North, a gold course to the south where... More

We started with a timeshare years ago to take our extended family. Since it is on the Sound it is cheaper, not having a swimming beach was not a big deal for us. The units are decent in size and fully furnished so most of our meals are made by us saving money. As the years went by there were... More

Arrived at this "Resort" Jan. 18th for a week timeshare exchange. It was a 5 star exchange, which is what was stated. Ha! Had friends traveling with us and we were so embarrassed. The corridors to the room were bare with a few old sofas here and there. Looked like a welfare hotel. Beach? No beach. All the sand was... More
