We arrived in aberdovey and didnt know where to stay so used the tourist info lady who was an absolut treasure. Pointed us to Llety Bodfor among others and we chose the latter. What a treat we had the 1st floor suite which was wonderful well appointed with all the luxuries you would expect for a 5 star b&b Price... more

The main problem for me with this B&B is the price. While it is by no means a dive, I am not sure I agree with the previous posts that describe this as a 'stylish haven' - but that is a matter of taste. What I definitely didn't like was the cupboard style door on the bathroom (slatted not solid)... more

Stayed here for a couple of nights but due to a late booking we had the left overs - one night in a double and the next in two singles. The double was good although perhaps not as good as the Mr & Mrs Smith website makes it out to be - didn't have a claw bath or a flat... more

Stayed in the apartment here with our 8 month old. This is a wonderful place to stay but I wouldn't say the apartment is suitable for babies/small children. There is one bedroom so you either have to share with your children (not great if they are noisy sleepers) or put thier cot in the living room when you go to... more

We stayed in the basement apartment, which consisted of 3 rooms - a huge bedroom, big bathroom and lounge/kitchen, with a gorgeous slate floor. The bed was large and soft - very comfy. The apartment was airy and clean, with everything we needed. (TV, DVD, radio, full kitchen, soft towels and Gilchrist & Soames toiletries) It is totally worth paying a... more

My son and I stayed here after having attended a course at the nearby by Outward Bound Centre because there was no way I was going to drive back home on a Bank Holiday Monday evening. This was a smart move because we got to watch the Town's lantern parade and firework display. We visited the Centre for Alternative Technologies... more

My husband and I just spent two nights at Llety Bodfor, staying in Dau on the 2nd floor. The hotel is without doubt one of the nicest that I have ever stayed in - and I am very fussy! Immaculate and interesting contemporary decor throughout. The staff were very friendly and really made you feel welcome and spoiled - the... more

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Lletty Bodfor and it was fantastic. We stayed in the Pedwar suite and the view over the estuary each morning was amazing. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly and booked us into the restaurants of our choice, as well as providing the champagne and flowers I requested (This... more

Just returned from a weekend break staying at Llety Bodfor, Aberdyfi. Had the most relaxing, peaceful and beautiful weekend. Our room boasted sea views over the Aberdovey estuary and beach, the bed was expansive with crisp white sheets and feather duvet and pillows. There was nothing nicer than relaxing on the leather sofa, glass of champagne in hand, watching the... more
