Little Dix Bay was our second stop on our honeymoon. We stayed in Caneel Bay (another Rosewood resort) in St. John first, and thought that was nice. Boy were we wrong. There is no comparison - Caneel ain't got nothin' on Little Dix Bay. Little Dix Bay was by the far the best place we have ever stayed, ever. We... more

Little Dix Bay has been reviewed in great detail already, but I felt compelled to share what an amazing experience my husband and I had on our honeymoon, because we too poured over reviews before we booked there. In short: laid-back luxury. Every detail imaginable was accounted for--we never even left the resort, because we wanted for nothing. It felt... more

My childhood girlfriend and I take a summer holiday together at a different resort in the Caribbean every summer to relax, enjoy the spa and beach. We've been guests at some lovely resorts, most recently Le Guanahani St Barts, Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman & Point Grace on Provo, Turks & Caicos. It is Little Dix Bay that has caused us... more

For perspective on my review, we’ve been to St. Thomas and St. John (stayed at the Marriott Frenchman’s Reef & Morningstar Beach Resort), Mayan Riviera (stayed at the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa), Barbados (stayed at the Crane), and Turks & Caicos (stayed at Royal West Indies) in the Caribbean. We are in our late twenties (no kids) and... more

We returned to LDB for our 2nd trip during the first week of June. Everything was exactly as we remembered from two years prior! We had a beachfront room again, except this time it was on the other side of the resort (rm 117) This room was closer to the pool and pavilion, but farther from the beach. From the... more

My wife and I went here for our 5 year anniversary and it was nothing short of spectacular! We were picked up from the airport and took a short boat ride over to the resort. They served us a Rum Punch, which was much needed after a long day of travel. We were actually checked in on the boat as... more

My husband and I went to Little Dix in May for 9 days/8 nights for our honeymoon. We didn't want to travel far (we're in the northeast) and were looking for an under the radar, luxurious spot in the Caribbean for our vacation. His parents came to Little Dix back in the 70's so we decided to check it out.... more

This hotel is an oasis for relaxation. You feel like you are in a garden of bliss. The grounds are beautiful, very tropical, yet natural. It is a romantic setting. No TVs in the room, no noise, no distractions. The staff is very helpful and accomodating. The drinks are delicious and not extremely overpriced. The Sugar Mill is quite expensive... more

We spent 8 nights at Little Dix Bay for our honeymoon at the end of May/beginning of June. It was amazing! We flew to Tortola, were picked up promptly by resort staff at the airport and checked in on the boat ride to LDB while sipping rum punch. It's an amazing property with a beautiful beach, nice bay, and well... more

I think that this is the most beautiful place on earth! The hotel is expensive, but the fact that they will bring you by boat to other beaches and islands is worth the cost. Mu husband and I had a great time on our 6 day stay. We had a day where we went to a near by island and... more
