The hotel is in some need of some serious TLC but it was all about location for this stay. It worked out very well for our group of 8 traveling on a barefoot boat charter with Marine Max vacations. I would stay here again but the restaraunt is way over priced and the service is absolutely horrific. The waitress was... More

Only ate in the bar and the service was moderate. Was there to board a sailboat, so did not spend the night. Service was indifferent and it is obvious they make their money of pre sailing drinks. Pool area was not very well kept

Definitely not a four seasons, but just fine for Tortola. We used the hotel for one night before boarding a marine max boat. Restaurant was fine for breakfast and light dinner. Service was good and staff was friendly. Rooms are nicer than the Maria's by the Sea which we stayed at last year. I made a mistake and booked the... More

The location isn't good at all. According to the front desk you should probably get a cab to get to wherever you want or walk for 20 minutes. The property isn't very nice. The pool is disgusting and I can't imagine anyone swimming in it. The ladies at the restaurant were rude, with exception of the woman who was serving... More

This is not the dump I thought it would be. We were chartering with MarineMax and elected to spend the night prior to embarking. It's okay…no bedbugs to report as yet. I've certainly stayed in worse…but I wouldn't want to stay here more than a night or two. As for the dining options…there's one and it's okay. The food, that... More

We had lunch here one day. it has the distinction of being the only restaurant I have ever encountered where I have been refused a cup of coffee after lunch. There was a big expresso machine behind the bar but, No, We don't serve coffee - or tea- after lunch. It is clearly one of those restaurants that is not... More

We picked up our boat here and had a fantastic experience. After dropping off our stuff we all met at the restaurant for dinner. The ribs were great and service was very good. The next morning we hit their public showers that were well maintained and then to breakfast. I had the steamed mahi and my wife had an omelet... More

I don't think I have ever been to a place with such poor service from staff who just did not care. After waiting over an hour and a half only two breakfast meals out of 10 had been delivered. Of those the fried eggs were raw and rage bacon burnt. The coffee was appalling and the tea even worse. It... More

I stayed in hotel for 2nights recently in March. The reception staff was courteous.ess The hotel is in renovation. For example, you walk up the stairs into the corridors and they are working on light fixuters. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was clean and had running water hot and cold. The hairdyer works. The room itself has a... More

Because friends taking a sailing trip recommend us to stay at the HC because the marina was in the same place. The hotel look like before was a great place but at this moment was looking in bad shape The service was slow and during the night was nothing to do there. The sailing trip was good but the couple...
