This hotel is a cheap option on Tortola and convenient for trips to Cane Garden Bay, Virgin Gorda and Anegada. Can't see the sea but the pool was about the same color. Sea View is right next to a very busy road and it sounds like turn 2 of an Indy race until the wee hours of the morning. The only real positive was the A/C worked.
